
| If you are a customer with a gas analyser and receive the error code E0209 after successfully installing the latest Autodata DVD\CD, please follow the steps below to correct the problem:. | |||
| Solution: | Remove the Dongle and close any programs that are open on the PC. | ||
| 1. | Explore the Autodata DVD\CD, and open the Support Folder. | ||
| 2. | Double-click on SSDcleanup.exe | ||
| 3. | The following window should be displayed: | ||

| 4. | Press the y key and the enter key on your keyboard to continue, as shown below: | ||

| 5. | When prompted to, press any key to continue, as shown below: | ||

| 5. | If you are prompted with the following window, press Yes to restart the PC. If you do not receive the message, please restart your PC. | ||

| 6. | After restarting the PC, explore the Autodata DVD\CD, and double-click Install.exe, and follow the on screen instructions to successfully install the update. |
